Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. To ensure a smooth return or exchange experience, please review our policy carefully.

Eligible Items for Exchange:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.
  • Items delivered within the last 7 days.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

  • Items marked as "Sale" on the product page.
  • Items with removed tags or showing signs of wear and tear.

Free Exchanges:

Getting the perfect size or color can be tricky when shopping online. To ensure a great fit, we offer free exchanges for any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery.

Simply contact us at supportsquad@upheve.com with your order number and desired exchange (size or color). We'll send you easy-to-follow instructions for a free return shipment and get your new item on its way!

Accepted Returns and Refunds:

In the following cases, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund:

  1. Received a damaged product: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at supportsquad@upheve.com with photos of the damage.
  2. Received the wrong product: Mistakes happen! If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at supportsquad@upheve.com with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item.

Important:

  • Upheve reserves the right to deny return or exchange requests for items that do not meet our policy guidelines.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
